The City of Jacksonville (COJ) is the primary client and key facilitator of the Willowbranch Canal Stabilization Project. COJ initiated the project to address the critical issues of bank erosion, vegetation overgrowth, and streambank instability along the canal. By selecting Halff Associates, Inc. and their team of consultants, COJ is responsible for funding and overseeing the comprehensive planning, design, permitting, and bidding phases of the project.
